Buffalo Creek Wilderness

Over 2,000 acres of forested wilderness five minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway and a 13-minute drive from downtown Blowing Rock.  Buffalo Creek Wilderness is home to an exceptional native brook trout fishery, miles of waterfall laden streams, and big distant views perched on elevations ranging from 2,200 ft to 3,400 ft.
